General Description
The Treasurer shall be responsible for all monies, credit them to the proper accounts, and shall make disbursements according to the directives of the congregation. He shall report to the Coordinating Council and congregation on the condition of the congregation on a regular basis. He shall submit his records to the congregation annually for audit, or at any time the congregation so desires.
